Weekend Schedule

Wednesday May 13 9:30-12:30 and 2:00 to 5:00.

Thursday May 14 9:30-12:30 and 2:00 to 5:00.

Friday May 15 2:00-5:00

Saturday May 16 2:00-5:00

Sunday May 17 9:00-12:00 and 1:30-4:30.

We’ll take an hour and a half for lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

It prepares students for further Trager classes, and serves as the Mentastics portion of the Trager Certification Training Program. It also helps Practitioners and Tutors clarify and find clearer and more contemporary language for guiding clients and students.
