As one of the senior Instructors for Trager International, I maintain a keen interest in helping new Instructor Trainees to develop the skills, insights and personal qualities necessary to becoming dynamic ambassadors for the Trager Approach, for the Certification Training Program, and for the various organizational structures that support the international Trager community. Along with the rest of your four-Instructor Team, I will guide you in making the choices and gathering the experiences that will give you the best chance of completing your Instructor apprenticeship successfully.  

 

Since returning to Chicago I have noticed:

Much less negative thinking and worrying,

Purer curiosity in the moment, 

Renewed interest and energy to work all 'around' my edges!
