Class Description:

This four-day workshop delves into the somatic movement foundations of presence, touch, and movement, inviting participants to experience the work’s guiding principles of softness, weight, waves, connection, play, pause, and authenticity. We explore how our felt sense of movement changes the potency of our touch. This workshop is for anyone interested in deepening their relationship with touch and movement, in personal or professional settings. It fulfills the Mentastics class requirement for Trager certification, but is open to all.

Offered at a private residence in Palm Springs, California, the workshop is supported by the quiet vastness of the desert landscape—where sunlit stillness, open air, and the grounding presence of surrounding mountains create a spacious container for attuned touch, somatic presence, and easeful movement.
