This 4-day, 24-hour class is open to everyone!

It prepares students for further Trager classes, and serves as the Mentastics portion of the Trager Certification Training Program. It also helps Practitioners and Tutors clarify and find clearer and more contemporary language for guiding clients and students. 

Somatic Foundations of Presence, Touch, and Movement arose from the seminal and inspirational work of Dr. Milton Trager and his Mentastics, and was further developed through Roger Tolle’s decades of international teaching, the touch and presence he has shared with over 30,000 clients, and his extensive interdisciplinary personal somatic exploration.
