Tragerology Movement Modules

For the past couple years, I have been a regular presenter on Eileen Dickinson’s Tragerology website. I have been learning so much as we explore the bridges between science (both current and emerging paradigms) and Trager®.

Monthly topics are applicable to all Somatic Movement Education and Therapies and the specific practices and perspectives of Trager Practitioners. Tragerology supports a deeper understanding of the living, moving human body and the ripening of movement expertise and potent touch. In each module, I lead segments of movement and/or touch exploration to bring concepts from traditional and emerging scientific research into sensory learning. Somatic explorations centered around a theme have been gathered into recordings for continued online learning, and can be ordered separately from the Tragerology website here. They are excellent for adding new, enriched dimensions to your daily Mentastics practice, as they guide you through movement and touch experiments, bringing you into clearer intention, deeper presence and finer sensing capacities.
