  • Stand and pause

  • Shift mind’s attention 

    • From sensing and exploring skeletal articulations and structural freedom …to myofascial connections and support

  • Take out slack through the shoulder girdle

    • From arm into torso

    • From one shoulder to the other across the torso

    • In coordination with breath

  • Lean just enough weight into hands or arms (on desk, table or chair) to feel connections from hands to pelvis or feet

    • Explore feeling shoulder myofascial support engage with different amounts of weight on different angles

    • Explore pulsed or buoyant at slower and quicker tempos

    • Explore slow and sustained and omnidirectional movement with soft, even breathing

  • Pause and walk to sense
