Somatic Movement Explorations
Here are two guided Mentastics practices designed to support and deepen the explorations from the Level Two training weekend. Through gentle, playful inquiry, these practices invite ease, curiosity, and fluidity, helping you cultivate internal awareness and effortless movement.
This guided somatic movement practice invites you to gently awaken your body through weight shifting, breath awareness, and playful curiosity. The practice fosters a sense of groundedness, ease, and lightness—allowing the body to rise, the mind to soften, and the spirit to feel a little freer.
This guided somatic movement practice invites gentle touch and awareness to the neck, jaw, and spine. Through soft, fluid gestures and mindful breath, the exploration supports length, ease, and release in the body, fostering a sense of lightness in the head and grounding in the pelvis.
Level II Review Videos
These videos are available only to Trager members who have completed a Level II training. With a run time of 3 hours, it goes into great detail in each area of material presented in the Level II Training. It is full of adaptations and variations to help students connect better to more practice partners, with a lot of collective wisdom packed onto one disc, and beautifully filmed in High Definition. A transcript is available here.
