Feeling Weight at the Table

I am aware of how and where I make contact, “casual/conscious/caring.”

I stay aware of where in my body I feel the weight.

I actively spread the weight throughout my body structure all the way to the bottoms of my feet, distributing it as evenly as possible.

I discover how I can move and play with this weight suspended in my body structure.

I become aware of what body weight(s) my partner is letting me have, what they are holding, and how that changes.

I pause often to check in with my partner and with my own body.

I express my delight when the weight feels lighter.
